As proud delivery partners for NHS England, Qualitas provides quality improvement coaching to GP practices and Primary Care Networks (PCNs) across England as part of the Time for Care programme. Over the last 3 years we have worked with around 1,000 practices, our work has delivered close to a quarter of a million hours saved time and £6.2 million in financial savings across England.
Our Associates excel at supporting primary care providers to learn how to utilise and implement quality improvement approaches. Every Associate is skilled and experienced in using quality improvement tools and techniques; of equal importance is their ability to quickly develop rapport and trust with practice staff. This frequently leads to improvements in team performance and increased staff confidence (clinical and administrative) to drive and implement change. We pride ourselves to create sustainable cultures of continuous improvement and positive outcomes of the work we do.
We are always looking for new people to join our highly experienced pool of Associates. The qualities we require include:
- Excellent ability to develop rapport and trust with all levels of staff (including GP Partners)
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and proven ability to adapt approach to meet client needs
- Excellent knowledge, use and implementation of quality improvement tools and methodologies
- Detailed knowledge of the primary care sector
- Excellent analytical, report writing skills and client responsiveness
- Support practice needs and deliver NHS England requirements
- Ability to work autonomously; be proactive, responsive and conscientious
- Ability to identify wider opportunities to support GP practices and PCNs
- Experience of delivering virtual coaching/training sessions to external clients
