We have built a great team over the last few years to ensure our work meets the high standards we set ourselves and deliver to our customers. We take our core values of partnership, excellence and people incredibly seriously; whilst having fun, enjoying what we do and seeing the difference we can help organisations make.
Caroline sets our strategic direction and delivers business growth. She is driven by the desire to work with organisations to define and deliver their vision for change. She has a background in consultancy and business change, working at a strategic level with healthcare organisations for more than ten years, in addition to several years as a strategy consultant at Deloitte.
Outside of work, Caroline is a keen marathon runner, having recently added cycling and swimming into the mix to train for a half ironman.
