We have built a great team over the last few years to ensure our work meets the high standards we set ourselves and deliver to our customers. We take our core values of partnership, excellence and people incredibly seriously; whilst having fun, enjoying what we do and seeing the difference we can help organisations make.
Kathy oversees our internal operations, as well as client and internal transformation programmes. Having previously held senior consultancy and NHS roles. Kathy has designed and led large-scale organisational and operational transformation programmes across public and private sector.
In her free-time Kathy enjoys CrossFit, mountain biking and all the messy chaos that comes with having two small children.
