A little about us…

Qualitas Consortium UK is an inspiring delivery partner for NHS England. Alongside this, we have a successful training and consultancy service to the healthcare sector. This includes transformational change, organisational design, strategy development and implementation. Our sole reason for being is to not just empathise with those involved in the delivery of healthcare but alleviate the difficulties and pains. Our mission is to create practical solutions and value for the people we help, through facilitating the right training and support.  We have worked with thousands of practices across England and consistently receive feedback that we truly make a difference to the wellbeing and efficiency of their teams and the standard of care they provide to the people in their communities.

Job Purpose

We are looking for Facilitators who are willing to join talent pool of Associates who we can call upon when work becomes available. Possibly there are opportunities to partner with GP practices to deliver a programme of excellence, when combined with your people skills and industry experience will deliver the highest level of organisational improvement. As a facilitator you will need to be proactive, responsive, and can turn practice information into meaningful impact given internal and external environmental variances. You will have the confidence to steer the client to be the best version of themselves by refining each area through process improvement and collaboration. Possibly there are other opportunities within the broader consultancy services so please let us know your strengths.

  • Evidence of successful outcomes using continuous improvement tools and methodologies
  • Experienced strategy development and implementation
  • High level facilitation skills and client relationships (at all levels)
  • Leadership development success stories
  • You must be based in the UK

 

Our desirables:

  • Specialism with appropriate qualification (MBA, CIMA, CIPD, coaching, clinical, leadership development)
  • Working knowledge of the Primary Care sector
