- Supplier Contracts: We will start to include in new contracts or contract renewals, clauses in our supplier contracts that require adherence to our ethical standards, including commitments to combat modern slavery and human trafficking.
- Monitoring and Auditing: In the next financial year we will implement regular monitoring and audit of our suppliers to ensure compliance with our ethical standards and identify any areas for improvement.

Qualitas Consortium will review and update this Modern Slavery Statement annually to reflect our ongoing efforts to combat modern slavery and human trafficking and in-line with relevant legislative changes. Our progress in implementing this statement will be reported internally to our senior management, to our board of directors and externally in accordance with any legal requirements.
