NHS England Time for Care Programme - Quality Improvement
To date, we have supported over 1,000 general practices in England, releasing thousands of hours of clinical time that is now dedicated to serving patients and reducing internal costs.
In August 2019, we proudly secured a central contract with NHS England to support a programme designed to deliver improvement across the whole of England for a further three years.
“Working with Qualitas has enabled me to work more effectively with patients, develop clear guidelines, and has reduced the pressure on me. I’ve enjoyed the opportunity to be able to work with the Qualitas coach, other Social prescribers and share good practices across PCNs. I feel we have a clear vision now on what the team can work towards together.”

The Thornton Practice - Organisation Transformation
“Always looking to improve the service that we offer and maintain profitability, our work with Qualitas has helped us to successfully restructure and merge two practices, increase profitability and go from a CQC rating of Good to a rating of Outstanding.
Any one of these is a significant challenge, managing all of them is an indication of the excellent support that Qualitas offer.”

Macmillan Stable Prostate Cancer Support - Programme Evaluation
“Qualitas were instrumental in quantifying the difference between how patients used to be monitored and the current stable prostate cancer service. They worked with us to understand our service and then collected and analysed the data to clearly share the findings with a wide group of stakeholders. They also raised some recommendations about further improvements to the service and highlighted critical success factors for other similar services we are looking to create. The work was critical in preparing our business case to secure the future funding for this essential service.”

Parcliffe Medical Centre - Post Merger Transformation
“Qualitas’ support has been invaluable. We are in a period of transformation but Qualitas is making that far easier and far more productive than if we’d tried to do this alone.”

Frimley Health Foundation Trust - Tools for Change Projects - Quality Improvement Training Programme
“We have worked in partnership with Qualitas since 2012 to develop and deliver our T4CP (Tools for Change Projects) Programme. T4CP is a leadership skills programme that provides our staff with real-time support to launch, lead and implement change projects and develop new skills. We are immensely proud of our flagship programme, and to date we have had 20 cohorts, over 300 attendees and over 80 subsequent change projects supported through this programme.”
